AGM 2021

Your committee have met online each month via Zoom and have agreed the AGM, originally due in June 2020, will be delayed until we are COVID safe to resume normal meetings. This was approved by the Third Age Trust.

The AGM has now been scheduled on 17th August 2021 from 1.30pm at the Eden Centre.

Existing members can vote online by clicking the link below.  The results from your online votes will be added to votes taken at the AGM meeting.

Subject to technical limitations, the AGM will be Live Streamed on Youtube so you can watch at home and you will be able to ask questions and make comments in the LIVE CHAT box which will be read out at the meeting.

As this is our first "in person" meeting since the pandemic lockdown we will be taking COVID precautions and have done a risk assessment which you should read before arriving.

Despite Government rule relaxation, COVID IS STILL SPREADING.

We ask you sanitise your hands on arrival and wear a mask, unless seated. There will be no group tables for this first meeting and chairs will be spaced to ensure social distancing. Refreshments will be served in disposable paper cups. You will be asked to sanitise your chair with wipes provided before exiting the meeting.
